Job description

Key Accountability:
 
As a team member of MY L&D team, you will be required to support the administrative functions and work closely with the Program Managers in achieving the learning needs from the business.  It also involves regular connectivity with the local L&D team and L&D coordinators in the other offices.

MY L&D Learning Leader
MY L&D Program Managers

Key Interactions:
 
L&D Program Managers, L&D Coordinator(s) in other offices and TSS support

Key Responsibilities:
 
·  Support the Program Managers in planning, execution and monitoring of internal and external programs
·  Maintain the learning profile as guided by the Program Manager
·  Communicate the program requirements to the participants, facilitators and administration officers
·  Monitor and communicate the class attendance status to the stakeholders, administration officers and Program Mangers daily
·  Manage Success Factor-Service Now processes for learning activities including creation of courses, classes, registration, updating and closure of learning activity
·  Prepare the program evaluation report for the stakeholders
·  Team up with the L&D Program Administrator for training room setup, training room reservation, equipment maintenance, hotel room reservationand catering
·  Printing of program materials for facilitators and participants
·  Prepare sign-in sheets prior to the actual event
·  Upload presentation materials in the laptop as guided by the Program Managers
·  Other ad hoc projects per business requirements
·  Manage vendors relating to Learning deployment and logistics
·  Build and maintain close working relationships with TSS Learning deployment administration contacts (where relevant)
·  Learning on-site support for internal learning and other learning events

Requirements:

·  Graduate qualifications in a support, project management or talent related discipline or equivalent work experience
·  Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working in a multi-national / multi-channel company or professional services organization / in any HR or support related functions in other organizations
·  Good communication skills; both written and spoken
·  Good Project Management skills
·  Knowledge of learning process and systems are highly advantageous
·  Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with leadership and peers
·  Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and to work with cross-cultural teams
·  Strong English language skills
·  Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
