Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Join our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and you will directly support and promote our brand and reputation. Through internal communications, public relations and corporate communications, you’ll provide a wide range of marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences. Job Summary:

As Communications & Marketing Associate, you'll be responsible for electronic publishing, research, retrieval and indexing of approved internal and external communications and marketing materials. To achieve this, you'll apply SCORE (Standard Communication Organization and Retrieval) quality and compliance policies and procedures to the communications cycle. In addition, you'll process approved communications.

Key Responsibilities:
·  Help the wider EY community with quality and compliance procedures
·  Review and analyze documents for adherence to firm standards. Interface with various staff members and internal clients to process information
·  Proactively manage internal client expectations
·  Help with all functions in the supervisor's absence (e.g., consult with clients, provide recommendations, negotiate conflict resolutions)
·  Promote teamwork, coach and guide team members
·  Recommend ways to improve EY's communication organization and retrieval system
·  Develop the technical support skills of less experienced team members, through knowledge sharing
·  Index and maintain active and purged files, as well as correlated database information
·  Publish approved communications and publications electronically
·  Publish electronic files to specific databases within EY's internal network
·  Develop a solid understanding of the firm's global identity and brand standards
To qualify, candidates must have:
·  Proficiency in standard publishing tools
·  Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and quality, with an ability to meet deadlines
·  A creative/graphic design background preferred
·  Excellent written and verbal communication
·  A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
·  Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
