The Talent Team sits within our Core Business Services (CBS) function, providing crucial support to EY Ireland’s 3,000+ employee strong workforce. The role of Talent Service Delivery and Analytics Lead is to drive process efficiency across Talent (HR), introduce a new Service Management Framework, engender a culture of continuous improvement across the Talent team, ensure the smooth delivery of HR shared services processes, execute project delivery, planning and budgeting for the function and the consistent delivery of efficient and effective recruitment campaigns.
Your key responsibilities
Talent attraction and Recruitment: Experienced hire & student
· Work with the dedicated Recruitment managers to ensure a measurable, efficient and effective recruitment service is delivered.
· Lead the delivery of innovative and inspiring attraction campaigns and ensure our employer brand is market leading
· Act as a point of escalation for issues.
· Ensure the offshore/onshore recruitment model is optimised and that issues are dealt with quickly.
· Oversee recruitment operational MI and volumes to ensure the team are sized appropriate to meet demand.
· Collaborate with our regional and global Talent teams (where applicable).
Service Management Framework
· Work with the Service Management Framework Specialist to develop and deliver a Talent Service Management Framework for the firm.
· Ensure meaningful Talent analytics and SLA’s are in place for key processes/services.
· Report on Talent service levels to Senior Stakeholders within and outside Talent (noting, Talent supports two businesses – FSO and UKI and service levels for both businesses will require service measurement and reporting).
· Ensure Talent’s service delivery reporting/analytics library is fit for purpose providing a meaningful assessment of Talent Services to be able to predict and pin-point issues or pressure point that may arise across the Talent service.
· Continuous Improvement
· Lead high-impact collaborative projects to streamline and simplify Talent / HR processes, ensuring that they are delivered within planned timelines and project goals are realised.
· Partner with Talent Leads and Managers to support the delivery of strategic talent improvement projects.
· Work with, mentor and coach, Talent teams and individuals looking to strengthen their continuous improvement capability and to deliver process improvements within an innovative culture.
· Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and demonstrate your subject matter expertise.
· Process optimisation
· Identify & present proposals for process improvement and gap elimination to key stakeholders to achieve buy-in.
· Lead and manage cross-functional Talent initiatives to improve our employee lifecycle experience and ensuring resolution, day-to-day support and full implementation of new and existing services/processes (regional and global projects).
· Iterate newly implemented processes for continuous improvement and refinement.
· Leverage best practices from industry in influencing and driving operational improvements.
HR Services
· Work with the HR Services Manager to leverage global EY capabilities onshore and offshore.
· Support the HR Services team to optimise self-service and embrace automation.
Operational Management
· Ability to manage concurrent projects, planning and budgeting exercises effectively.
Skills and attributes for success
· Proven depth in a senior Service Delivery role introducing process optimisation and service management experience.
· The ability to think strategically with Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills and clear demonstration of influencing senior business leaders.
· High attention to detail and well organised.
· Strong analytical ability and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to break down complex problems and translate them into straightforward concepts and solutions.
· Courageous and not afraid to raise unpopular issues or deliver hard messages.
· A strong strategic focus and an ability to translate a vision to a tangible delivery plan.

· Demonstrable business acumen and ability to think commercially.
· Practical experience of implementing significant change initiatives successfully.
To qualify for the role, you must have
· 7 + years work experience with at least 3 years' relevant experience in process improvement, project delivery or organisational change.
· Experience in the application of continuous process improvement methodologies.
· Experience of working in a collaborative environment to bring about significant change with key stakeholders.
· Knowledge of Lean (belt certified)/or similar, change management and project management.
· Problem-solving and critical thinking experience.
· Experience using multiple inputs (data sets, stakeholder feedback, process flow documents, etc.) to formulate a proposal or recommendation.
· Proven experience in presenting detailed recommendations to senior level leaders.
· Proven experience in quantifying process improvement outputs (costs, efficiency, headcount).
· Strong knowledge of analytics.
· Ideally a Bachelor's degree with strong academic record or suitable alternative qualification.
· Strong knowledge of HR operations, HR systems and HR Service/Delivery.
Advantageous to also have
· Good working knowledge of operational HR systems, preferably Success Factors.
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office with a focus on Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
· Good working knowledge of Power BI.
