EY DnA is looking for a Business Analyst for a 6-12 month contracts, who enjoys a challenge and is keen to work in a professional and collaborative environment.

 

About the role  

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

·  Work closely with business stakeholders to identify issues/challenges related to data quality
·  Conduct root cause analysis to identify quick means of resolution and oversee the delivery of solutions
·  Engage with data analysts and technical teams to define and task requests for enhanced data capability
·  Engage business units to further refine requests for service
·  Work with Chief Data Officer and divisional portfolio managers to identify future business needs and develop associated data strategies
·  Own and follow-up on requests

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

·  Worked in a similar Business Analyst position with a focus on information &/or data management
·  Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills;
·  Excellent written and verbal communications
·  Strong problem solving experience
·  Ability to balance and prioritise activities, with the flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business demands
·  Experience in leading and mentoring other resources within matrix structures to ensure delivery of solutions within agreed timeframes
·  Understanding of project management and controls
·  A background in data strategy will be highly regarded, though not essential
