You will work withsome of the world’s leading travel retail companies and other multi-national clientswhere we provide PCAOB, AICPA or ISA services

· 
You will help us to grow our dynamic practice through the development of trusted client relationships and high performing teams

Furthermore, you will be involved in the audits of Swiss subsidiaries and international companies headquartered in Switzerland which prepare their financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and AICPA and are subject to audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA)

You will be responsible for testing and verifying the compliance of Sarbanes Oxley 404 testing and other PCAOB specific compliance guidelines

· 
You will ensure that other members of the team following PCAOB standards and auditing complex areas such as impairment, related parties, and significant estimates

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

·  Bachelor or Master degree in Business in Accounting and Finance
·  Professional accounting qualification (i.e. Swiss CPA, ACCA, US CPA etc.) or in progress 
·  3 to 5 years of relevant audit experience ideally within a Big 4 accounting firm (exposure to relevant consumer goods industries
·  Solid expertise in SOX 404 reporting/ implementation, component reporting, fair value reporting, ASC 360 & 350 impairment, ASC 842 lease implementation, disposals and acquisitions of long-lived assets, and consolidation/ joint venture accounting
·  Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to: communicate well; establish strong working relationships; maintain a positive outlook; remain calm under pressure; and work as part of a team
·  Strong organization skills with an ability to get the details right while remaining focused on the ‘big picture’
· 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Knowledge in German and other languages is beneficial
