Desired profile

We are seeking qualified candidates for exciting career opportunities as Audit Experienced Staff in our assurance team. The role of the Audit Experienced Staff is to develop technical competence and perform audit procedures on client accounts. The successful candidates will help our clients meet their reporting requirements by providing an objective and independent examination of their financial statements, timely and constructive discussion with management on accounting and reporting matters, and a robust and clear perspective to audit committees.

Key Responsibilities:
·  Recognize potential audit issues from basic analysis of financial statements and communicate them to the team
·  Understand how to operate effectively in a regulated environment
·  Challenge procedures used in the past and attempt to enhance audit techniques
·  Demonstrate professionalism and competence in a client's environment
·  Maintain strong client focus, be responsive to client requests and develop/maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
·  Take responsibility for high quality execution of specific elements of an audit engagement

To qualify, candidates must have:
·  A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field with sufficient coursework to achieve the U.S. Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license, or equivalent.
·  A minimum of nine (9) months of relevant experience in an audit role; prior public accounting experience is required
·  Actively pursuing a U.S. Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license with all 4 exam sections completed/passed, or equivalent.
·  Excellent project, time management, and problem-solving skills
·  An advanced proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.)
·  Superior interpersonal and communication skills
·  The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and the capacity to work a flexible schedule, as overtime will be required during peak periods
·  A dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment
