Job description

Financial services related experience criteria:
·  Experience in the design and development of Finance function internal controls and related policies and procedures
·  Experience in implementation of new accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 9, 16, 17)
·  Proficient in foreign banking – branch license application process
·  Proficient in asset securitization accounting analysis under Chinese Accounting Standards and accounting process
·  Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
·  Experience in ISAE 3402 custodial services internal control reporting
·  Language requirement for Manager:  confident in speaking English and proficiency in reading and writing English

As business advisor, the focus of FSO FAAS is on helping financial services clients to navigate the ever-changing accounting and reporting landscape. Service offerings of FAAS practice include, but not limited to, the following:
·  Financial Accounting Excellence
·  Implementation of new accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 4, IFRS 9, IFRS 15)
·  Support, design, and development of accounting and reporting policies
·  Accounting and reporting processes, systems and related internal controls advisory and support
·  Transaction Accounting
·  Asset securitization (accounting advisory and due diligence)
·  Accounting assistance on mergers & acquisition financial due diligence
·  IPO and other public offerings or other refinancing
China FSO FAAS aims to play a key role in assisting and driving Chinese and inbound foreign financial institutions in continuously developing and improving their accounting practices and finance functionality in the fast changing China market.
