The opportunity
The Oceania Law Technology team recently won the prestigious global AI@EY competition.  The award winning team is now seeking a talented lawyer to assist in identifying, evaluating, creating and delivering new technology driven capabilities and client facing solutions, working across inter-disciplinary teams, including our Global Innovation AI team.  This role reports to the Oceania Law Technology Leader and would suit a 1-2 year lawyer with transactional law experience.

We will develop your career by providing excellent mentoring from highly experienced international lawyers.  We offer a high degree of “hands on” experience using “state of the art” technology working closely with diverse global law and commercial teams.

Your key responsibilities
·  Designing and delivering new technology driven law solutions to market
·  Document harmonisation and automation
·  Project definition, technology evaluation, solution development, change management, training and implementation
·  Facilitating Legal Design workshops
·  Assisting with the designing and delivery of internal and external communications
Skills and attributes for success
·  A creative flair and curious mindset
·  “Can do” attitude and demonstrated tenacity in navigating ambiguity
·  Ability to build effective internal and external relationships
·  Excellent collaboration and communication skills
·  An eye for detail 
To qualify for the role you must have the following
·  1-2 years post admission experience
·  Experience in designing and developing technology solutions
·  Familiarity with Design Thinking and innovation processes
·  Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies
·  Experience in working as part of an inter-disciplinary team
You may also have the following
·  Project and/or change management experience
·  Precedent and/or document automation experience
·  Graphic design and/or process engineering experience
·  Experience organising or participating in Law Hackathons
·  A STEM / coding background
