Job Summary:

· 
Responsible for aligning Facility Operations (Facility management, Transport, Guest Relation, Security

· 
0 to achieve Centre WES Goals and Objectives  

· 
Responsible for Management and Control of Facility Operations of the Center.

· 
Responsible for Facility Team Building and Development at the Centre.

· 
Responsible for the Centre Facility Budget and Cost control

· 
Responsible for all WES Facility deliverables at respective Centre such as Facility Maintenance, Optimal Functionality, Upkeep and Uptime of Facility Equipment and Utilities, Hygiene, Ambience, Ergonomics in line with the Company / Industry policies and Standards,

· 
To ensure Statutory and Internal Policy and Process Compliances for all Facility Operational Activities.

· 
Responsible for stake holder management at the center.

· 
Analyze Facility related Risk, Develop and Implement Mitigation Plan

· 
Demonstrate Leadership and inculcate EY values and culture in the team

Essential Functions & Responsibilities of the Job:
Responsible  and Objectives:

·  Define and align Facility Operations to meet Centre WES Goals and Objectives in line with the GDS India goals as set by SLL
·  Define Strategy and KRA for achieving Goals & Objectives, Measures and Controls.
·  Derive and direct activities for achieving Goals and objectives with defined timelines
· 
Delegate Responsibilities and guide Team members for achieving Goals & Objectives

·  Team Skill Mapping and Gap Analysis
·  Identifying and Recruiting Talented Resources
·  Defining JDs of Team members and setting their goals, identifying KRAs and KPIs
·  Accountable for managing resources within the team, building their skills, ensuring a highly motivated group of resources.
·  Maintain good collaboration within team members
·  Performance management
·  Team development and Career planning
·  To ensure succession planning.

  Budgeting and Cost Control:

·  Responsible for centre’s budgeting based on growth projections.
·  Periodic review of Budgets with Actual Expenses, Analysis and corrective action.
·  Identifying initiatives for Cost Control
·  MIS as required by the SLL for Centre performance review
· 
Comparison of costs with other Centres and benchmarking
Centre WES Deliverables:

·  Responsible to review the performance of the service partners, analyse and guide to ensure SLA’s are met.
·  Review Facility Services feedback and address concerns periodically, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
·  Ensure Hygienic and Ambient work environment with periodical review/audit of Facility systems, utililties and processes.
·  Ensure 100% uptime of all equipment critical to operations
·  Responsible for the asset and work space management.
·  Ensure efficient space utilisation.
·  Liaison with Builders.
·  Ensure Facility coordination and support for all company events as required at the Centre.
·  Manage fit-out renovations and Maintenance at the centre. Accountable for managing the unit/s Transport operations as below;

·  Analyse the transport need of the unit/s and plan for vendor on-boarding and fleet deployment.
·  Ensure necessary manpower is deployed by the vendor to monitor and provide on ground operational support.
·  Ensure fleet induction & deployment as per agreed SLA.
·  Ensure the availability of safety & security gadgets as per policy.
·  Ensure the coordination with Safety & Security team for necessary escort deployment.
·  Ensure optimal usage of fleet and time bound operations.
·  Ensure safety & timely pick up of employees.
·  Effective routing optimising routes and commute time for employees.
·  Ensure Vendor performance adherence to SLA.
·  Review Monthly TAT response and resolution of queries.
·  Vendor Trip MIS and Compliance management and follow up of overdue payments.
·  Analyse transport feedback regularly and respond with timely action.
·  Regular vendor interaction & evaluation, providing feedback/guidance as necessary and follow up.
·  Responsible for providing transport reports/dash board to the transport lead.

 
Sustainability and Business Continuity:

·  To ensure sustainable operations through conscious and consistent Initiatives
·  Contribute and support to CSR Activities by Sustainable facility practices.
·  Analyse Internal processes and take steps to mitigate risk.
·  To gather on ground information and co-ordinate with BCP team to take pre-emptive measures for avoiding Business Risks during Emergencies & exigencies.   Statutory Compliance, EY Brand, EY Values and Process adherence: 

·  Adherence to all statutory compliances and internal policies, processes & guidelines.
·  Meet all requirements of QMS / ISMS & other certification Audits as required by the company
·  To ensure the company Brand and Values are taken care in all WES Activities.
  Responsible for stake holder management at the centre:
·  Regular interaction with local Service Line leaders for understanding their requirement, concerns and meeting Business expectations.
·  Regular Interactions with other operational Service Lines for resolving any dependencies and support
·  Supporting HR in their Campus Recruitments & Employee Engagement Activities.
·  Regular review of Feedback and Resolutions. Analysing Feedback Data and evolving new initiatives / process changes and providing permanent solutions. Strategic Support to Service Line Leader:

·  Contribute and Support Center Lead / GDS WES leaders in strategic initiatives.
·  Provide Centre Specific Data to Center Lead / Service Line Leaders for Analytics, Guidance and Strategic Decision making. Analytical/Decision Making abilities and Values:

·  This role entails analysing cost of operations and taking decisions on increasing the efficiency of day to day operation and provide leadership.
·  This role requires an eye for details with need for urgency and understanding essence of time.
