Title Analyst
Job purpose
· Will be part of the client support team to enable GST compliance in the form of GSTR return preparation.
· Will need to co-ordinate with client/ internal teams to ensure smooth processing of information on timely basis.
Qualification & Experience :B.Com graduates or CA Intermediate with 2-3 years of experience
Key responsibilities:
· Co-ordinate with client/s for timely receipt of data
· Timely processing of information/ data
· Timely and effective handling of error/s by co-ordinating with internal and client teams. Responsibility includes ensuring errors generated by the system are pushed to the internal teams and client/s on a timely basis
· Ensuring timely preparation and sharing of GSTR returns with client/s
· Adhering to the SLAs defined for each process and minimizing escalations
· To be first point of contact for process related queries for internal teams
· Ensuring compliance to all other matters as defined in the ‘Standard Operating Procedures’
