Accounts Receivable Associate with English
The opportunity
We are looking for Accounting Associate for the Belgian Accounts Receivable process. If you enjoy working with numbers and communicating with clients at the same time, this job is just perfect for you!
Your key responsibilities
In this specific role you will be supporting our Belgian financial team in controlling the incoming payments booking and control.
As a part of our Team:
· Booking incoming payments for EY invoices according to information provided on the bank statement
· A part of your role would be also rebooking already received payments, credit notes and invoices
· You will be able to use your English skills while communicating with internal clients via e-mails and direct messages
· The outcome of your work will be preparing various financial and control reports.
Skills and attributes for success:
· You should be fluent in English language (French is an asset, but not mandatory)
· Having at least intermediate level of MS Excel knowledge
· You should have improvement approach and willing to take full ownership for the whole process
· Attention to details and deadlines is also important for us
What we look for
We are interested in hiring an English-speaking accounting graduate (or with work experience in F&A area), team player with strong communication and analytical skills as well as improvement mindset.
You should be able to independently complete your regular responsibilities according to given deadlines, communicate with other teams in order to resolve daily challenges and show professionalism while day-to-day contact with EY financial teams.
