Accounting Assistant

The opportunity

You’ll see it first hand as a part of our Finance & Accounting teams.

This role offers a great opportunity to improve your accounting and analytical skills with a continuous collaboration between financial processes and gives you a chance to excel your language skills during daily cooperation with our colleagues and clients. 

You will learn how to independently complete your regular responsibilities according to deadlines but also being a team player who communicate with other teams in order to resolve daily challenges and show professionalism during day-to-day contact with EY clients and partners.

Your key responsibilities

You will be supporting Finance & Accounting department being a part of: Billing, Time & Expense, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable processes and building cooperative relationships with our Clients.

As part of our team you will be:

·  process all vendor invoices in accordance with the documented procedure
·  initiate vendor setup and vendor maintenance in financial systems wherever necessary
·  process all system and bank payments including manual payments and adjustments
·  control the vendor maintenance and follow up on the liability balance
·  adhere to the efficiency, quality and business conduct parameters
·  respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
 
Skills and attributes for your success:
·  Good English skills (B1/B2) and other language
·  bachelor degree in finance or other business related major will be an asset
·  be accountable and take ownership for the tasks entrusted to the role holder
·  strong ability to work in a team environment
·  feel comfortable with working with MS Office package
·  attention to details
·  fast learning approach
