Are you looking for a way to leverage your education to fuel a career in the ever-evolving world of technology? If you are a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) student with a passion for technology and an interest in getting an early start in the recruiting process, then we’ve got the program just for you!

EY’s Women in Technology Consulting Conference (WIT) is a one-of-a-kind interactive learning experience, which will help you sharpen your leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. You’ll learn more about our culture, people, and technology-oriented practices while forging relationships with EY employees and fellow students.  Let us share with you how a career in professional services is an exciting, challenging, and rewarding experience!

As a part of this conference, you’ll attend workshops, participate in team-building exercises and learn from a variety of speakers what it means to be a successful woman in the ever-developing field of technology. You’ll also learn what EY is doing to develop its workforce diversity and some of the exciting initiatives that we have in place, all of which make EY an incredibly unique company.
 
The WIT Conference will be held in Toronto over July 18-19, 2019.
 
Who Should Apply?

Participants should be one or two years from graduation and pursuing a degree in Science, Technology (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.), Engineering, or Math. Students will be selected based on their academic achievements, leadership and extracurricular activities, communication skills, and interest in a technology career with a professional services firm. Additionally, attendees will be considered for a future internship and/or full-time opportunities.

Position requirements:
·  Students who self-identify as female, are one or two years from graduation and are studying Science, Technology (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.), Engineering, Math
·  Have a minimum GPA of 3.2
·  Hold a significant interest in professional services and a career in technology
·  Possess integrity, maturity, dependability and enthusiasm
·  Demonstrate analytical, teamwork and organizational skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
