Job Summary

The Service Delivery Specialist manages the Support Services delivered to Ericsson's customers and is responsible for ensuring the proper delivery of the contracted services. The Service Delivery Specialist is the owner of the customer relationship and is the first level of escalations. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while securing the lowest possible delivery cost.

The Service Delivery Specialist will task manage the Customer Network Support (CNS) Engineers team and work closely with several organizations at Ericsson such as Global Support, Sales, Business Control, etc..

Responsibilities & Tasks

·  Secure customer contract fulfillment
·  Develop and maintain relationships
·  Distribute info to internal stakeholders and escalate Delivery Issues
·  Be up to date with financial data
·  Identify new business opportunities

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar. Minor in buisness, finance or similaris an asset. 0 -2 years co-op/work experience.

Additional Requirments:

·  10% travel requirement in Canada, and possibly to the US.
