Company and Unit Description:

Ericsson MNEA (Market Area North East Asia) Region OAM R&D is part of the Ericsson R&D workforce within mainland China. While Ericsson China R&D is responsible for technology management, technical trials, standardization, research activities, patent licensing and product development in various categories including radio network, core network, transport and IP network, OSS/BSS, our unit focuses on OAM related product development and maintenance for customers within this region. Besides the traditional products for domain management, our unit is also handling new assignments in 5G, NFV and cloud based development now. As a result, we would like to invite some young talent to join us and contribute in the all these assignments.

Job Description

·  Responsible for software design, implementation and maintenance of OAM products.
·  Responsible for unit test, component test and integration test of OAM products.
·  Responsible for writing and maintaining design documents.
·  Participate in system solution evaluation and system I&V test strategy evaluation.
·  Work closely with system engineer or I&V engineer for any technical issues.

Qualifications

·  BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other equivalent engineering degree.
·  Experience in object oriented programming and design.
·  Programming and debugging skills/experience in JAVA/Python/C++/Go.
·  Prefer experience with IDE and other software development tools – source code management, debuggers, profilers, build and scripting tools in Unix/Linux.
·  Experience with Linux/Unix OS and Perl/Shell scripts.
·  Knowledge in OAM software development.
·  Good team player with ability to work in an extremely fast pace.
·  Ability to work well under high pressure.
·  Fluent in oral and written English.
·  Open and good at communication, actively provide suggestion and feedback for both technical and non-technical issues.

Domain Knowledge

·  Basic knowledge of telecom networks.
·  Basic knowledge of software development process, especially agile.
·  Prefer knowledge of cloud and cloud based development.
·  Prefer knowledge of RESTFUL interface.
·  Prefer knowledge of following protocols and standard:

CORBA, SNMP, FTP, SSH, SFTP, Telnet, IIOP, SOAP, XML. NETCONF,CMIP,JRMP,RMI and RMI-IIOP will be a plus.

工作职责描述:

·  负责网管软件的设计,实现和维护。
·  负责网管软件开发过程中的单元测试,模块测试和集成测试。
·  负责书写和维护开发文档。
·  参与网管软件系统以及系统集成测试策略的评估。
·  支持并配合系统集成测试的相关工作,解决技术问题。

基本要求:

·  计算机、电子工程、通信工程等相关工科学士或硕士学位。
·  面向对象编程和设计的相关经验。
·  JAVA/Python/C++/GO编程和调试相关经验。
·  对于软件开发相关的工具及IDE有相关经验,包括代码管理工具,调试、编译、建模等工具。
·  Linux/Unix操作系统以及Perl/Shell脚本相关经验。
·  对于网管软件开发相关基本知识的了解。
·  优秀的团队合作能力、适应快节奏工作的能力。
·  在工作中具备良好的抗压能力。
·  良好的英语读、写、听、说能力。
·  优秀的沟通能力,对于技术问题与非技术问题给出建设性反馈和建议的能力。

背景知识要求:

·  通信网络相关的基础知识。
·  软件开发特别是敏捷开发相关的基础知识。
·  云和基于云环境进行软件开发的相关基础知识。
·  RESTFUL接口相关的基础支持。
·  了解下述协议和标准:
CORBA, SNMP, FTP, SSH, SFTP, Telnet, IIOP, SOAP, XML.
下述协议和标准作为补充:
NETCONF,CMIP,JRMP,RMI and RMI-IIOP will be a plus.
