The Programme

As part of our 2018 programme, we have a number of roles within our Operations Department that require individuals either graduating this year or with a recent degree in Electronic Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science or a similar technical/engineering subject.

Key behaviours we would require would be: Analytical thinking, technically astute, organised, self-motivated, proactive, open minded and highly flexible. We would expect a professional and personable approach to communication with a good balance of influence and presentation skills and be prepared to lead development projects and discussion groups with stakeholder management, excellent spoken and written English language skills is a must.

Alongside on the job training, you will receive a learning programme consisting of training, group and individual tasks which will give you all the skills needed to thrive in any fast-paced high-tech company.
