Job Summary

The Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) Delivery Manager shall take ownership of the customer relationship responsible for ensuring the correct & proper delivery of Services as specified in the ADM contracts & frame agreement services. Manage the scope of the service contract with the customer according to agreed time, cost & quality requirements. Contribute to P&L of the business dealing with single ADM contracts, frame agreement services. Seek & identify new opportunities. Make continuously cost efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

+10 years of customer project management experience or delivery management and at least 3 years working with operators

·  Management of big groups of people in complex project.
·  Results oriented
·  Customer oriented
·  Be locally at Chile
·  English and Spanish, both fluent
· 
Highly preferable:

· 
Transformation projects delivery experience with operators

·  Full stack implementation BSS (CRM, Billing, Order Manager) and OSS (Inventory) at telecom operators
·  Functional knowledgement of Full Stack tools (Presales level, no technical)
