ENGIE are recruiting for a Workshop Cleaner to be based in Liverpool
L21 1JD. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.


 

The working hours for this role will be Monday - Friday 07:00am to 4:00pm.

 

The primary role of the Workshop support/cleaner is to ‘get today’s work done today’ To work under the acting Shift Team Leader carrying out all site cleaning duties efficiently, effectively and in a safe manner.

 

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

·  On-time delivery (achievement of planned activity)
·  Continuous flow (efficiency with zero waster time or effort)
·  Customer satisfaction (delivery to operations)
·  Zero defects (quality cleaning of assets and property – right first time)
·  Complete planned and reactive cleaning duties on time in an effective and safe manner
·  Carry out all RSCT cleaning duties to a high standard, following or during maintenance work
·  Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the RSCT steam bay area
·  Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the RSCT fuel bay area
·  Occasionally help to cleanse operational areas following spillages on RSCT Plant equipment
·  Ensure both RSCT steam bay jet wash units are kept fully operational and fuelled
·  Ensure RSCT steam bay jet wash equipment is kept tidy at all times
·  Ensure all RSCT workshop areas are kept visibly clean at all times
·  Complete re fuelling of Plant and equipment as and when required
·  Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all paperwork inc, weekly, monthly PM service sheets
·  Maintain a continuous management of all site waste storage bin levels and advise when collections are necessary.

Qualifications or Required Experience:  

·  Previous experience in a similar role
·  Basic knowledge of effective maintenance strategy
·  Some maritime knowledge/experience
·  Basic cleaning experience in heavy industrial environment e.g. mining, quarrying, process or manufacturing For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK. There is no re-location package with this job role.
