Job description

EQUANS are recruiting for a Technical Supervisor on the HMCTS contract to cover various sites across the North West. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

What will you deliver?

·  Supervisor and manage a team of static / mobile engineers, making sure that all PPM and Reactive works are completed in a safe and timely manner.
·  Delivery of all specialist engineering services
·  Plan, deliver and review all aspects relating to the provision of specialist engineering services.
·  Support the Regional Technical Manager in the response to compliants
·  Manage the day to day running of the team
·  Act as first point of contact for all site HR issues.

Who are we looking for?

·  Proven track record as a Multi Skilled Engineer with a qualified discipline
·  Team working experience
·  Must have the balanced ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances
·  Good knowledge of building services and legislation
·  Due to the nature of the contract, you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process which will include a Criminal Records check.
