Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Technical Officer to be based in Salford. This is a permanent full time working 37.5 hours per week. On offer will be a competitive salary of £23,000 - £24,000 per annum. 

The role holder will provide an efficient and professional ECO & Mechanical administration service to the Building Services Team and other Regional Site ECO requirements

Main Duties and Responsibilities

·  Provide and check information on Eco Eligibility
·  Upload EST Benefits Data / Review Incoming returns for data match
·  Collate data from multiply sources with regards to Eligibility 
·  Ensure Land Registry compliance 
·  Bank installation properties under the Ofgem guidance to ECO2 
·  Contract administration of current eco system / database
·  Work extensively with group / Local Authorities / funders
·  Co-ordinate all efforts of regional eco department to ensure the commercial target are met
·  Coordinate ECO Installation programme
·  Assign works to Operatives
·  Ensure effective Materials ordering for ECO installations 
·  Deliver an end to end fully compliant product
·  Ensure Complaint Data uploads
·  Review, amend incoming EPC Data

Previous Experience and Qualifications

·  Experience of Technical Admin / Fulgent and Toriga ECO Systems 
·  Excellent administrative capability
·  Excellent supplier relations building
·  Knowledge/experience of OFGEM / ECO Guidelines For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK. There is no re-location package with this job role.
