Job description



ENGIE are recruiting for a Technical Administrator to be based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, B15 2WB. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Role Overview

· 
Ordering/receipting of annual maintenance services

· 
Ensuring that all service reports and technical documentation are completed and up to date including OM Manuals.

· 
Organising the calibration of equipment and updating the relevant documentation/register.

· 
Assist with compiling data for the Monthly Report.

· 
Support in Monthly compliance Audits and technical audits

· 
General administration/secretarial duties including minute taking, preparation of documentation e.g. correspondence/reports, distribution of post

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Previous secretarial/administration experience(including minute taking)
·  Minimum RSA III/NVQ Typing/Word Processing.
·  NVQ 3 or equivalent in Business Administration and/or relevant experience
·  Experience in a Hard FM environment
