Job description
Role
· Balancing process with creativity to enable end to end experience in a fast-paced environment.
· Serves as the liaison between the talent acquisition stakeholders, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners and candidates, answering their questions and relaying needs from one to the other to work out all details necessary for a positive Talent Acquisition experience.
Functions
· Route & monitor approvals.
· Post to channels.
· Manage/Control Candidate population ( clean up ) in collaboration with TAP.
· Rehire eligibility, Government & non – solicitation checks.
· Monitor and partner with TAP on aging candidates.
· Coordinate interview
· Conduct GEVS checks ( Global Employment Verification Standards ).
· Ensure receipt of candidate application.
· Generate and finalize GOAF ( Global Offer Approval Form ).
· Offer Letter generation.
· Kick-off Background check.
· Ensure receipt of required information from candidate.
· Partner with Onboarding team and process onboard deliverables.
· Reflection / close search.
