ENGIE are recruiting for a Supervisor on a new contract, the role is mobile (company vehicle provided) and will be covering  Gloucestershire / Oxfordshire / North Yorkshire

This is a permanent, full time role working 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and on offer will be a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on skills and experience.  This role will report into the Regional Manager.

The Supervisor's primary role will be to work closely with service providers and the client to ensure the maintenance and extra works are delivered on time, effectively and efficiently, maintaining compliance on all locations and driving service improvements as required. This position will draw on your skills to influence, persuade and secure desired.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a vetting process and offer will be subject to SC clearance.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

·  Supervise service providers delivering the planned and reactive maintenance 
·  Liaise with the client on each establishment on behalf of the service provider
·  Carry out site surveys with the service provider to produce extra works quotations and liaise with contract administration for collation and reporting
·  Carry quality audits to assist the assurance quality Manager 
·  Assist with monthly reporting data to be compiled by the administration team 
·  To work as part of an operational management team contributing and supporting with the operational performance of contract
·  To monitor the performance of the service providers and to liaise with management structure 
·  Hold review meetings with the service providers and Client on each establishment.
·  Fair and consistent attitude in all dealings at all levels
·  Clear communication of the company vision and objectives ensuring the implementation of new procedures
·  Promote and drive the company values
·  Keep up to date with industry developments, driving innovation and effective change

Qualifications and Experience required

·  Electrical qualifications to C&G or equivalent 
·  Good knowledge and experience of Fire systems 
·  Good It skills and efficient with completing documentation 
·  Strong negotiation skills (Requirement)
·  Experience in supervision or management
