Job Description

The Training Specialist will work as a member of our dynamic and collaborative Learning and Development team and will assist in the design and delivery of formal and informal learning programs, processes, services and technologies to support the enterprise learning strategy.

Working closely with the department manager, the Training Specialist will serve as a proactive and productive liaison with the Instructional Designer and the Senior Training Specialist. The specialist will consistently seek to make a positive impact on business priorities and performance metrics in the delivery of learning interventions.

Function

·  Will execute ENGIE Impact's digital advertising program and strategy and manage third party vendor. This includes project managing the creation of compelling creative materials such as digital ads and video ads by working with designers and copywriters. Will help manage the digital advertising budget and collaborate with regional Program Managers to define priority campaigns and targeted audiences (titles, industries, etc.) based on business priorities. Will A/B test, track success, monitor and report key KPIs and redefine strategy based on results.
·  Will oversee ENGIE Impact's webinar program and strategy. Manage achievement of the webinar program's core KPIs and best practices. This will include working with Marketing Program Managers to define webinar events, promote events, execute to best practices and meet defined goals.

·  Support web development projects working with designers, copywriters and stakeholders and oversee development with 3 rd party vendor.
·  Add content to website CMS and QA audit high traffic web pages for quality assurance once a quarter.
·  Establish conversion rate optimization roadmap for key conversion pages, track results and implement changes.
·  Oversee form quality assurance with Marketing Operations and ensure proper tracking and compliance standards are met.

·  Assist in the digital training of all new marketing hires who are given access to engieimpact.com CMS and act as
·  a support contact.

·  Track, observe and study digital marketing best practices and trends and bring new innovative ideas to the team. Consult with all marketing stakeholders on these trends, best practices and innovative ideas to support improved digital results and achievement of KPIs. Ensure testing goals are defined and tracked against strategy to defend budget decisions.

·  4 Year Marketing related degree required
·  Experience creating search engine ad campaigns (Google, Bing or Yahoo) or social media ad campaigns and managing PPC or PPV budget required. Certification a plus.
·  Knowledge of website content management systems, HTML, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, is required. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign software is a plus.
·  Experience with Marketing Automation, Webinar technology, and digital marketing preferred.
·  Ability to execute multiple projects to timeline, collaborate with a variety of managers, communicate effectively, and work independently.
· 
Minimum of 3 years' experience in supporting assorted related primary marketing functions and essential responsibilities.

· 
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

WordPress Content Management System Proficiency

·  Digital advertising experience.
·  Ability to learn and apply new technology with ease.
·  Ability to balance priorities and support strategic initiatives by collaborating with a variety of ENGIE Impact Program Managers.
·  Must be able to work independently and be a clear, proactive communicator.
