Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Site Administrator to be based in Dudley. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer will be a competitive salary. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

·  Arrange meetings, including sending diary requests out, prepare agendas, take minutes, type and disseminate information as required
·  Manage, organise and update data using the relevant applications
·  Receiving and collating information generated through the department
·  Record delivery Schedules
·  Record and file Materials/delivery tickets
·  Remove and file signing in sheet at the end of each working day
·  Ensure the correct forms are used and fully completed
·  Record and update CSCS tracker / highlight when necessary out of date certification
·  Update notice boards and ensure relevant information is displayed
·  Ensure up to date insurance certificates are displayed
·  General site administrative duties, e.g. filing, printing, photocopying, providing refreshments at meetings
·  Maintaining the stationary, printer and PPE supplies
·  Produce information ready to send in the post for residents (via customer services team) 
·  Letters to supply chain / distribution of sub contract notices
·  Assist with the administration of Contract Drawings 
·  Update the drawing rack as new drawings/revisions are issued
·  Collating various information for the production of the Operation Manuals and Health & Safety files at the end of contract
·  Assist with the archive of relevant site information 
·  Additional duties as stated in the departmental duties list

Previous Experience and Qualifications

·  Ability to work on own initiative and as a team member
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Organised and efficient administration skills
·  Previous experience within a busy admin based role
·  Computer Literate in MS Office
·  Construction experience preferable For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK. There is no re-location package with this job role.
