Job description
Based in our New Plymouth branch, this role provides administrative, purchasing, scheduling, invoicing and reporting duties to the mechanical services division.
As a Service Administrator you will be an integral member of the mechanical services team, delivering outstanding customer service to our customers and employees. Your ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure is essential. You'll have a high degree of self-motivation including the ability to work unsupervised while managing your time and outputs.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
· Responding to inbound and outbound calls and emails
· Provide the business unit with administrative and clerical support
· Schedule and coordinate technical service personnel in response to requirements
· Maintain customer portals where required
· Invoicing
· Purchase orders
The successful candidate will have:
· Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a services environment
· Pronto Xi experience, preferred but not essential
· Highly developed communication and customer service skills
· Computer competencies including Microsoft Office skills, data entry and typing
