The Role: Sales Support Associate
Purpose
Proactively enhance the business experience that customers and channel partners have when dealing with ENGIE North America in an effort to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Essential Job Functions

The primary function of this role is to manage the set-up and preparation of electricity bids and tenders through a set of internal sales management tools. The individual will collaborate with ENGIE Sales personnel, customers and brokers to obtain customer pricing and contract execution requirements.

·  Monitor and manage pricing request email inboxes for all sales regions 
·  Execute lead allocation and account assignment protocols for all pricing opportunities 
·  Research and assist in the resolution of channel conflicts between affected parties 
·  Complete Opportunity set-up process for each pricing request using internal CRM systems and applicable databases and tools to enable the Sales Team to generate timely bid responses.
·  Provides the technical analysis and input to qualify and prepare responses to Requests for Quotation and Requests for Proposal.
·  Assist ENGIE Sales team in maintaining the accuracy and data quality in the internal CRM system.
·  Provide service for Third Party Intermediaries in relation to general information and services requests.
·  Provide assistance in the pre-sales process, developing sales call presentation materials, assisting in the preparation of RFP responses, helping compile data for large transactions, helping coordinate aggregation bids, etc.

·  Act as a team member with all employees of ENGIE North America staff.
·  Comply with all ENGIE North America policies and procedures.
·  Complete training commensurate with the position.
Essential Physical Abilities

·  Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
·  Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
·  Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
·  Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.
·  Could involve some lifting. Education/Experience

·  Associates degree
·  0-2 years of industry (retail electricity) experience preferred
