ENGIE are recruiting for a Receptionist to work with our Facilities Management team, providing excellent customer service and helping to ensure the smooth running of the contract.

This is a permanent full-time role working 35 hours per week based at St Davids Hospital, Cardiff, CF11 9XB.

Working Hours are 08:00 - 18:00 Saturday & Sunday and 07:00 - 15:00 / 11:00 - 19:00 Monday & Tuesday.

Role Overview

· 
Provide general administrative support

· 
Welcome visitors and help customers with any enquiries

· 
Monitor all helpdesk calls through the maximo system.

· 
Generate and allocate work orders

· 
Keep information up to date and logged on the relevant systems

What we are looking for:

·  Previous experience of administration work
·  PC literate with good keyboard skills.
·  Good verbal and written communication skills
·  Previous switchboard experience
