ENGIE are recruiting for a Receptionist  to be based in Bellshill, ML4 3NJ. This is a permanent full time role working 
Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 17:00 and Friday 8:00 - 16:00, with a 1 hour lunch break . On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.


The main purpose of the role is to provide an effective reception and administrative service to the office, ensuring the smooth running of the office and systems.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

·  Provide Reception cover for the main Receptionist 
·  Receptionist personnel must be professional and of the highest standard, including correct uniform to reflect the company branding and image or smart attire.
·  Greet visitors to the office efficiently and politely 
·  Check where visitors have parked and request they sign in/out via the Visitors book with Car Reg. 
·  Provide an efficient, courteous and professional service to all telephone callers
·  Record and transfer accurately all incoming or outgoing messages to the relevant dept/person
·  Be fully conversant with all functions of the telephone/switchboard
·  Book all Meetings to a relevant room using the ‘Meeting Calendar’
·  Take deliveries
·  Open incoming post, date stamp, action and distribute
·  Frank outgoing mail with correct postage and place in correct postage bag for collection 
·  Order stationery when required and printer/plotter supplies
·  Maintain confidentiality of private and confidential information
·  Ensure correct internal and external distribution of correspondence
·  Provide copying/printing and scanning services

Required Experience & Qualifications:

·  Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
·  Proficient in operating all Microsoft software (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook,etc).
·  Familiarity of working with databases and systems
·  Ability to process information from more than one source.
·  Able to work with diverse groups.
·  Team commitment.
·  Organisational skills.
·  Professional attitude and approach to work
