ENGIE are recruiting for a RB and SHEQ Systems Co-ordinator to be based in Canary Wharf (E14 5LQ). This is a permanent and full-time which offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview
This position within the Responsible Business and SHEQ Team, will report to the Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to support on the delivery of our business strategy. There will be a close working relationship with the Trainee RB Advisor, Environmental Manager and SHEQ Admin Team.
Main Responsibilities
Data Analysis
Support the capture and analysis of SHEQ data across the business, using our in-house reporting system
Engage with divisional contacts to ensure data is obtained in a timely manner
Support the analysis, validation and interrogation of incoming RB and SHEQ data and conduct frequent sample review
Support with audits of above data (e.g. carbon and waste)
Query of data anomalies, including follow-up with divisional teams responsible for reporting
Support on data capture for environmental projects and working groups
Reporting
Support the business with reporting on our in-house reporting system
Support team members with monthly reporting requirements including e.g. preparing board reports
Preparation of board reports on environmental indicators (e.g. carbon and waste) reported through the app
Use of reporting software to carry out first stage data analysis for review by BI Manager
Trend analysis of RB and SHEQ data
Present on data to environmental working groups as required
Collation and preparation of RB and SHEQ reports for review by BI Manager
Administration
Support the management of incoming enquiries to the responsible business and SHEQ team including queries relating to our in-house reporting system
Support the administration and maintenance of our in-house reporting system
Assisting with the creation/review of user-guides, guidance documents and processes for the in-house reporting system
Assist the BI Manager in development of new apps on our in-house reporting system and liaising with stakeholders in the business
Organisation and scheduling of central RB and SHEQ events and campaigns
Support in the development of RB and SHEQ communications

Qualifications
Qualification or interest in health, safety and environmental management is desirable
Skills, Qualities and Experience
Technically competent using PC/Cloud based software and MS Office is essential
Strong interest in systems and technology is essential
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
