To reinforce our Project Manager team, we are looking for our future Project Manager Delivery LATAM. This role is based in the Paris area (La Défense) or in one of the ENGIE Solar global offices, as the activity is global and the role interacting with a wide range of international environments. About the role

The Project Manager Delivery LATIN AMERICA (LATAM) reports to the Regional Head of Delivery team LATAM. Depending on project (portfolio) developments, the Project Manager Delivery LATAM may have to take over projects outside his/her region.

The responsibilities and activities exercised by the Project Manager Delivery LATAM are:

·  Offer preparation and submission in tender processes: review the Binding Offers assumptions and identify associated risks to ensure execution feasibility and ultimately ensure full endorsement of the EPC Binding Offers.

·  Delivery preparation once awarded until Delivery kick-off:
·  Support the identification of requirements in terms of procurement and installation contracts;
·  Contribute to identify key resources needed for the project delivery phase including staffing needs within local ENGIE Solar and local BU;
·  Ensure all Project HSEQ (Health-Safety-Environment-Quality) requirements are included in the design, Quality Control Project Scope and ensure HSEQ readiness for the delivery;
·  Support the Regional Head in reviewing and endorsing at Delivery kick-off the project documents prepared by the Tendering team including the contractual scheme, EPC Termsheet, budget, schedule, risk matrix and regulatory requirements.

·  Delivery kick-off to COD:
·  Mobilize the project team and set up proper project governance;
·  Supervise and support construction teams (project link) which are on site reporting to local ENGIE Solar and coordinate project activities such as procurement of equipment and installation;
·  Manage schedule, costs and update QCP (Quality and Control Planning) update. Ensure correct ENGIE SOLAR procedures and tools are locally deployed;
·  Manage EPC Contract and Supply/Construction services contracts together with Procurement, Engineering and Legal teams
·  Initiate and lead REX and Lessons Learned Processes.

·  Performance Warranty and Defect Liability Period from COD to FCD:
·  Ensure EPC/O&M hand-over follow-up, punch list closure and all Supply/Constructions Services contracts full closure (and as required settlement of all claims with the support of Procurement and Legal teams);
·  Accountable for the Performance and Warranty Management (PWM) team for 2 years from COD until Final Completion by sharing construction and contractual history with the support of the dedicated PWM team and will assess for the mobilization of the dedicated “end of project” resources.

·  Project, Stakeholder and Customer management:
·  Ensure effective management of the project team in line with the highest professional project management standards;
·  Ensure effective and constructive interfaces and relations with customers and all internal and external ENGIE stakeholders.

The Project Manager Delivery LATAM ensures all activities are conducted in alignment with ENGIE Solar and ENGIE policies, processes and practices:

·  Follow strict project governance at all project phases as defined at ENGIE Solar level (engagement committee, steering committees / Solar Project Monthly Reviews, Monthly Reporting to CODIR);
·  Deploy applicable ENGIE Solar tools and methodologies;
·  Deploy applicable project management methodologies as defined by the PMO team;
·  Ensure compliance with ISO certifications in countries where it is deployed;
·  Use knowledge management methods including systematic archiving of all documents in ENGIE Solar SharePoint, systematic Lessons Learned exercise to share experience with other regions;
·  Identify risk at all project phases with the support of the Risk Manager.

The compensation and benefits package will be determined by the level of your experience, the competences acquired throughout your career, as well as Engie’s grids.

About you

You pride yourself with having developed the following competences and skills:

Pre-requisite

·  Master’s degree in engineering or another field relevant to EPC activities;
·  Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the energy market , ideally in the renewable area;
·  Minimum 2 years of experience with Latin America (mandatory );
·  Solid project management skills ;
·  Excellent level of Spanish and English and preferably another language;
·  Authorized to work in France and available for international travel.
