Position Summary

The Project Coordinator for ENGIE Impact's Waste Solutions team provides logistical support for ENGIE Impact's waste diversion, service right-sizing and RFP projects. From arranging waste collection services for new outlet openings, to organizing waste hauler bids, to scheduling dumpster-swaps, this role is integral in our projects that involve hundreds or even thousands of outlets.

Role Description

·  Support our program managers and project teams. Assist customers and coordinate details for various special projects that are deadline driven.

·  Present solutions and reporting on site status or projects.
·  May manage multiple tasks on multiple projects including creating and implementing project timelines, answering customer requests, printing and/or creating training materials, data entry, scheduling meetings and conducting training sessions.
·  Escalation point for client concerns and issues, and often resolve billing concerns.
·  Analyzes and reviews reports and spreadsheets for accuracy, completeness, errors, and eligibility.
·  Responds to customer complaints and concerns to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
·  Prepares and maintains timelines for projects and ensures deliverables are prepared for Program Manager.
·  Fields incoming phone inquiries, provide information to callers regarding ongoing programs and projects, and promote ENGIE Impact's products and services.
·  Coordinates major projects enlisting assistance from co-workers and team members.
·  May generate reports, prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.
·  Makes outgoing calls to collect contact information and details regarding waste services.
·  Manages and maintains multiple spreadsheets containing large datasets.
·  Performs related work as required.

Role Competencies

·  Bachelors degree or higher preferred
·  Waste industry knowledge/passion a plus.

·  At least 3 years of project management and customer related work experience.

·  Waste industry experiences a plus.

·  Strong communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal across all levels – client, executive)
·  Advanced computer skills – Office Suite, database

·  Ability to manage time efficiently and manage multiple aspects of various projects.

·  Ability and comfort to delegate tasks and manage the completion of said tasks.

·  Customer Service, Presentation and Project Management skills/abilities
