Job description



ENGIE are recruiting for a Project Administrator to be based in Pinderfields General Hospital, Aberford Road, Wakefield, West Yorkshire WF1 4DG. This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week (09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday). On offer is a salary of £19,397 to £21,500 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience.  This role will report directly to the Office Manager.

Overview:

The Project Administrator will support the Life Cycle Project Managers   in the planning & implementation of change to improve the administration service and operational quality.

Main Responsibilities/Duties:

· 
To provide full administrative support to the ENGIE Life Cycle Projects Manager and team, across West Yorkshire

· 
To provide an effective and efficient administrative service for Defects, Life Cycle and Projects at Pinderfields and Pontefract, Leeds Oncology and Calderdale Royal Hospital

· 
General duties will include word processing, drafting general correspondence, reports and highly confidential documentation

· 
Support the KPI Scorecard process by ensuring appropriate documentation is collated for monthly performance reviews

· 
Ensure compliance in relation to Company procedures for Health, Safety and Environment, Service Delivery, Quality, Finance and HR

· 
Manage Hospital room data sheets, using Microsoft Excel

· 
Deal with routine correspondence and telephone queries

· 
Act as site Maximo trainer to deliver Maximo training to other team members, as required 

· 
Produce online reports/presentations/statistical data for the Estates Services Manager, to assist with effective management of the contract

· 
Ensure ongoing adherence to contractual response and rectification times, ensuring all work orders are closed out within set timescales

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  NVQ Level 2 Administration (or equivalent experience)
·  Order processing and dealing with invoices
·  Maintaining confidential information
·  Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
·  Previous experience of working within an NHS environment (desirable)
·  Good knowledge of Maximo systems
