Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a PPM Co-ordinator to be based at Birmingham City Hospital / Sandwell General Hospital . This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £24,000 to £26,000 per annum plus Business Use Car and benefits package.

The role will support the Estates Officer in ensuring the accuracy of the PPM’s across the estate and managing the issuing, recording and closing of all tasks

What will you deliver?

Supervision of the PPM Workflow to ensure compliance with scheduled completion times in line with the agreed PPM Plan

Coordinate with Helpdesk and managers to resolve labour and scheduling conflicts where required

Monitor the purchase requisition and ordering processing for materials and subcontractors associated with PPM tasks

Produce forward plans for notification to the Trust Contract Team PPM tasks in advance of delivery

Highlight reports to the Technical Managers where additional works are required following completion of a PPM task be in-house and sub-contract labour.

Who are we looking for?

·  Prior experience of helpdesk and delivering high levels of customer service
Experience of Supervising a team – leading / developing and training

An effective communicator both written & oral

Good reporting skills and a keen eye for a detail and accuracy
