Payroll Administrator (Fixed Term) - Wath

Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to be based in Wath, S63 7ER. This is a temporary fixed term role for at least 6 months working 
22.5 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday and Friday 08:30 - 17:00 . On offer is a competitive salary plus benefits package.

Purpose of the role: 

To provide administration assistance to the payroll team.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Payroll Administration
·  Retrieving timesheet information from Site Managers
·  New Starters/Leavers
·  Calculating Travel Payments
·  Importing hours, bonus payments, holiday pay etc
·  Calculating and Balancing Payroll
·  Producing payslips/posting to employees
·  RTI Submissions
·  Auto Enrolment Pension Assessments

What we are looking for:

·  Payroll experience essential – Miracle Pay is the current payroll system
·  Excel skills essential – at least Intermediate level/preferably advanced
·  Knowledge of TUPE
·  Knowledge of CIJC Working Rule Agreement preferred not essential Why work for us?
