Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Office Services Assistant to be based Cardiff, CF14 4YJ. This is a zero hours role. On offer is a salary of up to £7.81 per hour.

The normal hours of work will be either Monday to Friday 07:00am until 16:00pm or 08:00am until 17:00pm.

Reporting to the Account Manager you will be expected to complete a diverse range of clerical and administrative tasks including post opening, post despatch and conference room set up. 

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

·  As a key member of the team you will be required to be an ambassador for ENGIE You will ensure you have the relevant information and flexibility to provide a service to the customer, accommodating any local requirements or specific requests for our contractual services
·  On site point of contact with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) employees, sub-contractors and Account Manager 
·  On site ‘face to face’ contact for ENGIE and CAA staff to communicate any issues and queries
·  To provide a flexible service and any ad-hoc duties as agreed with the Account Manager
·  Attend regular briefings, general communications, health and safety and training
·  Actively demonstrate the company values of Drive, Cohesion, Commitment and Daring
·  Show clear understanding of Service Level Agreements and your responsibilities
·  Ensure receipt/delivery/despatch of all CAA post
·  Promote excellent customer service
·  Collation, inputting and despatch of management information statistics via the appropriate ENGIE systems
·  Ensure understanding of current environmental procedures and compliance with company and customer health and safety policies
·  Adhere to the Company Dress Code

Qualifications and Experience:

·  Experience in providing high levels of customer facing support
·  Basic computer literacy
·  Abide by and promote good Health and Safety practices in the workplace
·  Ability to lift up to 15kg – manual handling training will be provided
·  Highly motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude capable of multi-tasking within a team environment
·  Ability to work with initiative to prioritise and handle a varied workload with attention to detail
·  Good communication skills at all levels within the business
·  Good basic reading, writing and numeracy skills For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK. There is no re-location package with this job role.
