ENGIE are recruiting for a Multi Site Caretaker to be based across Stoke on Trent. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

This role is part of an on-call rota which is subject to change depending on business requirements. Evening and Weekend work may be required to cover meet and greets as part of the community groups

Role Overview

·  Carry out day to day Repairs and planned maintenance tasks
·  Ensure that working areas are always a high standard of cleanliness
·  Carry out first line investigations into building faults
·  Snow clearance and gritting in the winter months
·  Complete audits, ensuring all on site documentation is current and complete
·  Provide cover for holidays, sickness and emergencies when required

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  A Full UK driving license is essential.
·  Previous experience in a similar role
·  Strong customer service skills
·  Experience of completing Risk Assessments & Method Statements
·  Relevant trade or vocational qualification/ experience
