Engie are recruiting for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to be based in East Oxford Health Centre 5 Manzil Way
Oxford OX4 1XD. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week (Mon – Fri 8-5pm with some on call). On offer is a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) plus on call allowance per annum.
The role holder will report to the Electrical Supervisor for the Bristol & Oxford LIFT Projects and is responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across the Oxford LIFT project, covering Bristol LIFT where needed. This includes the management of subcontractors, and delivery of variation and capital works where required.
•Understand the aims and objectives of ENGIE and your service area, together with your role in service delivery.
•Ensure that the services provided are to the highest quality/standard with due recognition of client and customer requirements and ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with ENGIE’s customer care values and Equal Opportunities Policies.
•Planning and prioritising work within recognised safe systems and in accordance with all aspects of health and safety legislation at all times.
•Participate in a team working approach to the allocation of duties, supporting and working effectively with colleagues to provide good working relationships within the service.
•Undertake any training as identified through the performance review process continually seeking improvement and developing best practice.
•Adhere to and apply legislation and ENGIE procedures as appropriate.
•Undertake other reasonable duties (with competence and experience) as requested, in accordance with changing organisational directives.

•Educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in electrical engineering or time served experience
•Have an understanding of current Health & Safety and Estates related legislation and compliance. 
•Evidence of continual professional development.
•Good knowledge and awareness electrical legislation relevant to healthcare premises
•Knowledge of statutory requirements
•Knowledge of infection prevention requirements.
•Knowledge of HBN’s, HTM’s
•Understanding of current healthcare environment
•Working in clinical environments.
•Ability to carry/erect/climb and regularly work on step ladders/ladders and scaffolding in accordance with safe systems of work.
•Ability to liaise and work with clients and members of the public
•Ability to work overtime if required.
•Ability to travel between work locations.
•17th /18th Edition qualified 
•Excellent communication skills
•Skilled in FM positions
•An effective communicator both written & oral
•To plan, prioritise and allocate work
•Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative
•Flexible, proactive and adaptable approach to work
•Driving license
