Mobile Engineer

ENGIE are recruiting for a Mobile Engineer (Plumbing/Heating) to be based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE12 8EX. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week. Offer will be based on qualifications and experience. 

The normal working hours will be Monday to Friday, 08:00am until 16:30pm. 

Reporting in to the Operations Manager, your role will carry out the Service, Maintenance and Repair of Plumbing & Heating Systems, Associated Equipment and Building Services Installations throughout the North East. 

This is a key role within the Newcastle Operation. It requires a safe, high quality and efficient delivery of service to ensure the continued success of the business in terms of zero harm, sustainability, profitability and continued growth.

The Engineer will need to conform to Engie and Engie’s Customers Standards, Rules and Procedures, have the ability to work under pressure; be able to diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions; ability to work on their own, or as part of a team; communicate at all levels.   

Qualifications or Required Experience:   

·  Time Served plumber/heating engineer with a heating/mechanical/building services background will be an advantage
·  As a minimum will require knowledge and skills for mechanical maintenance, heating and plumbing systems and associated plant/equipment, building services plant and equipment
·  Full UK Driving Licence
