Engie are recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Supervisor to be based in Equinox North, Great Park Road Almondsbury
Bristol, BS32 4QL. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week (Mon- Fri 08.00-17.00). On offer is a salary of £32,000 - £33,000 plus call out allowance per annum. The role holder will report to FM Manager for the Bristol & Oxford LIFT Project and is a leading role for technical compliance to both statutory and HTM requirements. This role will also see delivery of variations across the portfolio as well as overseeing planned and reactive maintenance across all sites.
•Provision of all round engineering support, maintaining the buildings at Bristol and Oxford Lift PFI Contract. Have a detailed understanding of all Building Service systems and contingency procedures within the buildings and ensure compliance with all contract procedures and that all Local Authority, Statutory Regulations and Codes of Practise/Safety/operational processes are followed to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities
•Responsible for ensuring that all activities within the building are known and that they are being carried out with due regard to Health and Safety, maintaining the 100% uptime criteria as stipulated within our contractual obligations.  
•Responsible for ensuring the shift-manning levels are maintained.
•Maintain excellent standards of response to plant failures, completion of assigned work and ensure any abnormal operating conditions and housekeeping issues are dealt with proficiently.

•Educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in mechanical or electrical engineering or time served experience
•Experience in a management position within a maintenance environment, covering a wide range of healthcare building types and equipment.
•Management of a multi-disciplinary workforce
•Have an understanding of current Health & Safety and Estates related legislation and compliance. 
•Evidence of continual professional development.
•Good knowledge and awareness of estates legislation e.g. fire, asbestos, legionella, health & safety, electricity at work etc relevant to healthcare premises
•Knowledge of statutory insurance requirements
•Knowledge of infection prevention requirements.
•Knowledge of HBN’s, HTM’s
•Understanding of current healthcare environment
•Working in clinical environments.
•Planned maintenance regimes.
•Strong understanding of Electrical Systems 
•Driving License
