ENGIE are recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to cover Surrey and Thames Valley. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company van and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be directly reporting to Facilities Manager. This role will require the successful candidate to:

• Manage Circa 20 direct reports (mostly cleaners)

• Cover 15-20 buildings

• Dealing with issues such as payroll, HR, holidays etc

• Conduit between helpdesk queries and resolution

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

• Ability to pass DBS check

• Experience of supervising a team

• Previous experience of working on a Cleaning Supervisor role in a facilities management environment, ideally someone from a large cleaning company

• Clean driving licence – Engie is providing a Company Van

• Good communication skills as some of the cleaners have minimal English
