ENGIE are recruiting for Mechanical Services Supervisor's to be based in Watford, WD24 7GP. These are permanent full time roles working 40 hours per week working Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00 . On offer is a competitive salary, company van and benefits package.

Purpose of the Role:

Assist the Mechanical Services Contract Manager with responsive, bulk and programmed work streams and monitoring Sub-Contractors quality of work and working practises. To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy and ensure all employees reporting to you do the same and being responsible for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are upheld to the highest of standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:


·  Quality control
·  Customer satisfaction surveys (On Post Inspection)
·  CP12 management
·  Survey Confirmation
·  Technical support
·  Post Inspection
·  Work in progress inspection
·  H&S monitoring
·  Identifying new possible work streams

 

·  Responsive:
·  Assisting the mechanical contract manager in the day to day management of the supply chain contractors.
·  To report and resolve various issues regarding works in progress, work completed complaints and PPM.

 

·  Additionally responsible for:
·  Breakdown and repair
·  PPM /Annual Service
·  OOH / Standby

What we are looking for:

·  Previous experience within Mechanical Building Services
·  Previous experience of Gas installation
·  Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
·  Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation
·  Experience of Partnership arrangements
·  Understanding of local government
·  Confident oral and written communication skills
·  Communicate effectively with all those who have a stake in the work
·  Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines
·  Ability to negotiate and influence
