ENGIE are recruiting for a Commerical Mechanical Engineer for various commercial buildings within RAF Lakenheath, Feltwell and Mildenhall. This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive industry salary and high-quality benefits package (includes company van for personal use).

General Overview:
The Mechanical Engineer role will be primarily maintenance and emergency response reactive repairs plus minor works repairs to air conditioning and air handling equipment.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

·  Carry out PPM tasks and record and complete relative documents
·  Carry out reactive callouts on critical systems
·  Complete compliance testing and minor works to JSP375 standard
·  Minor AC & AHU repairs and small works
·  Clear communication of the company vision and objectives ensuring the implementation of new procedures
·  Keep up to date with industry developments, driving innovation and effective change
·  Included in out of hours callout rota

Qualifications, Skills or Required Experience:

·  Gas Safe, LPG gas competence, domestic and commercial gas boilers
·  Oftec
·  F-Gas
·  Previous experience of gas systems and or multi-discipline maintenance
·  Safe handling of refrigerants
