Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Marketing Co-ordinator to be based in Luton, LU1 3LU. This is a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Purpose of the Role:


The main purpose of the role is to assist the marketing manager and provide administrative support across all marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:


·  Producing and updating case studies
·  Developing internal communications including business updates and intranet stories
·  Raising the profile of the ENGIE brand and becoming a brand ambassador, ensuring messaging and design of marketing material is in line with the ENGIE brand
·  Preparing adhoc and regular reports
·  Ensuring all marketing material is up to date
·  Assisting with day-to-day marketing and administration tasks, and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested
·  Ordering branded items such as stationery and merchandise when required
·  Helping produce adhoc marketing material such as flyers, brochures, reports
·  Support and when required organise events including conferences and corporate entertainment
·  Monitor and log press coverage
·  Maintaining the marketing budget spreadsheet
·  Conduct a wide range of ‘desk research’ into our competitors, clients and marketing
·  Update and maintain our contact databases

What we are looking for:

·  Experience in any office environment
·  High degree of literacy including written communication
·  Good working knowledge of current web technologies and social media
·  Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email
·  Any knowledge of InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator
·  Degree level qualifications preferred, preferably in a marketing or business related degree or two years’ experience in marketing
