Working for a Shared Service Centre means joining a community of men and women, of businesses-support functions for operational entities in the fields of Finance- HR- Purchasing-Real Estate and Logistics-Consultancy and IT.

Your mission

·  you will provide timely legal advice and support to NewCorp and to the Business Units for a variety of financial transactions and projects, such as syndicated and bilateral facilities, guarantee facilities, bonds, securitization transactions, intra-group lending, corporate guarantees, bank guarantees, comfort letters, pledges, project finance, asset finance, treasury management, cash pooling, hedging,…
·  your involvement is mandatory for any transactions of a group entity if one of the contracting parties is a NewCorp entity, whether as principal or as credit support provider, and for those contracts containing clauses that imply direct or indirect obligations of a financial nature for a NewCorp entity

·  you have a European or equivalent Law degree (Master) with minimum 2-3 years relevant in-house experience or in a law firm
·  you have good knowledge of relevant areas of law including finance, contract and securities
·  ability to work with ISDA or similar swaps/derivatives contracts is a plus
·  you are fluent in English, French and Dutch (or possibility to acquire sufficient knowledge of French or Dutch within a very short timeframe)
·  you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong drafting and negotiation skills, team-spirited
·  you are business minded, financially astute, conversant with financial instruments
·  you are orderly, pragmatic, flexible and positive
·  you have the ability to work efficiently in a broad cultural spectrum
