Job description
Your mission
· you are the functional point of contact for Business and IS collaborators
· you analyze and translate business requirements and –processes until functional specifications in which customer-centricity, cost-efficiency and feasibility are key
· you challenge the business requirements, analyze the impact and build a “business case” to justify the change request
· you propose a functional & technical solution, in collaboration with other parties, that meets the business requirements within the feasibility of our architectural landscape
· you follow the developments and are responsible for the quality check of the delivered solutions
· you execute functional and non-functional tests in collaboration with Business and IS counterparts based on test-scenarios for which you are responsible
· you analyze incidents and identify the necessary actions to resolve these incidents
· you report to the counterparts/requestors about the progress, delivery dates and tasks to be completed (testing, etc.)
· you monitor and analyze the logged issues, defects and questions to propose proactive improvements for the related services, applications and processes
· you identify improvement opportunities based on problem handling and best practices

· you have a master degree or are equal through experience
· you have good functional knowledge and understanding of the energy market
· you have strong analytical capabilities and are able to detect/assess dependencies
· you are a good listener, think and act with a customer mindset
· you have good communication and presentation skills
· you are stress resistant, you maintain your efficiency and productivity when under pressure
· you have a positive mindset, ready to accept fast changes
· you are assertive and have the ability to work autonomously
· you are trilingual English – French – Dutch
