ENGIE are recruiting for a Industrial Operative to be based in Dunbar. This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview:

As an effective member of the Soft Services Team, you will be focused on customer care with a “can do” attitude with the flexibility and adaptability to work within the team in a changing business environment.

 

· 
Undertake day to day duties, associated with an industrial environment.  This may include manual labouring, industrial cleaning, operating various equipment, carrying out confined space works, fire watching duties, pumping of sumps, assisting various skilled teams, driving and such as grass cutting, in accordance with Company standards. 

Complexity:

· 
Be able to rectify problems where appropriate (following correct procedures)

· 
Identify and report areas and procedures that fail to meet expected standards (Safety, Technical and Environmental)

· 
Carry out appropriate risk assessments before undertaking any work

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  DBS Basic
·  Experience in the Industrial Field Preferred 
·  An intermediate knowledge of health and safety requirements in a similar environment
