Job description

EQUANS Mechanical Services is looking for experienced (and new) HVAC&R Service Technicians who are keen to perform work as a HVAC&R Service Technician and provide high quality service to our customers. Our team are passionate about Mechanical Services and take pride in the quality of their work and their exceptional customer service.

This position is based in our Bunbury WA location, and available for immediate start.

Role overview

·  Ability to effectively diagnose problems and perform work of a technical nature on air conditioning systems to minimise the number of call backs to a site with the ability to determine job priorities and to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
·  Ensuring customer concerns and complaints are proactively addressed and maintain relationships with our customers, colleagues, and managers.
·  Work closely with other Service Technicians within the region to foster a strong team environment
·  Maintain a current industry knowledge and keep self-updated with changes and advances in air conditioning systems and technology
·  Included on the “On Call Roster” to attend to afterhours service calls. Attend to call outs (after hours / in business hours) as per the rostered required.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

·  Cert III Refrigeration Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
·  Refrigerant Handling License
·  Restricted Electrical License
·  Competent in fault finding and solution orientated
·  Additional Qualifications / Licences are a bonus
