Job description

ENGIE are recruiting a Housing Contract Manager to manage a high-profile maintenance and minor works contract in Suffolk. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00. On offer is a salary banding of £40,000 to £50,000, dependent upon skills and experience

The Managers primary role will be to manage a delivery team of manager, supervisors, helpdesk and engineering to ensure the M&E, grounds and fabric maintenance and extra works are delivered on time, effectively and efficiently, maintaining compliance on all locations and driving service improvements as required. 

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

·  Responsible for financial and operational delivery of the contract
·  Management of sub-contractors including CDM and H&S requirements with the support from compliance and H&S manager
·  Liaise with the client on each contract location 
·  Carry out contract monthly meetings with the client and end user
·  Carry quality audits to assist the assurance quality Manager 
·  Complete and review monthly reporting data to be compiled by the administration team 
·  Managing Supervisors and the delivery team
·  Carry out safety audits and deliver staff and sub-contractor inductions, briefing’s and tool box talks
·  Fair and consistent attitude in all dealings at all levels
·  Clear communication of the company vision and objectives ensuring the implementation of new procedures
·  Promote and drive the company values
·  Keep up to date with industry developments, driving innovation and effective change

Qualifications or Required Experience:   

·  Management qualification and experience 
·  Good knowledge and experience in FM management 
·  Good It skills particularly Microsoft word and excel 
·  Strong negotiation skills (Requirement)
·  H&S qualifications to IOSH standard or equivalent
·  Valid and Current SIA Licence
·  Full, Valid and Clean UK Driving Licence

Please note: A minimum of 2 years living in UK and 5 year work history is required due to the security checks required for the role. You will be required to undertake a DBS Check prior to commencing the role. The offer will be subject to receiving Security Clearance (SC).
