Job description



ENGIE are recruiting for a Helpdesk Operative to be based at Sizewell B Power Station in Leiston. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· 
Be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of all calls to the Helpdesk. This will involve logging, planning and dispatching of reactive and planned tasks

· 
Manual labour data entry onto Engie system (Maximo).

· 
Be responsible for statistical/report information required for the monthly accountability meeting held with the client.

· 
To assist with Switchboard / Post.

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Good communication skills and basic knowledge of computers (Word, Excel and Outlook)
·  Ability to manage meeting requests
·  Proficient use of helpdesk systems and processes requests in an efficient manner
·  Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines
·  Ability to liaise effectively with Management as well as front line operatives
·  General Clerical skills
·  Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
·  Experience of working in a customer service environment is desirable
·  Experience of working within Facilities Management is desirable
